Junior Coaching

During Junior Coaching, our experienced coaches teach children how to drive a kart step by step. Various exercises and free practice help them gain confidence, improve their driving technique and have plenty of fun on the track.

  • For children aged 8 to 13.
  • Minimum height: 1.25 m.
  • The Junior Coaching lasts 90 minutes and takes place on the first Wednesday of every month at 5:15 p.m.
  • The price of the Junior Coaching is €90.

Junior Coaching Schedule

  • Explanation of the correct seating position, adjustment of the seat and pedals, and an introduction to the most important flag rules.

 

  • The children then follow the coach for approximately 20 minutes so they can get used to the kart and the track.

 

  • This is followed by an overtaking exercise. The children learn where they can safely make room and which sections of the track are best suited for overtaking.

 

  • Around halfway through the coaching session, there is a ten-minute break. During the break, the ideal racing line is explained again in detail, and the next exercises are discussed. Each child also receives a free soft drink of their choice.

 

  • The coach then drives in front of the children and shows them how to drive around the track correctly and overtake safely.

 

  • This is followed by braking exercises. At a signal, the children perform a controlled emergency stop.

 

  • The final 15 minutes consist of free practice with the other children in the form of a small race.

 

  • At the end, all children receive a diploma and their Junior Coaching Pass.

Each driver must be equipped with

Helmet

You can bring your own helmet (motorbike helmet - kart helmet - cross helmet).
We provide helmets free of charge. For hygienic reasons, you are obliged to put on a balaclava under our helmet. You can buy this from us for 3,- €.

Sturdy shoes

Our karts may only be boarded with sturdy footwear. Open shoes, sandals or shoes with heels are not permitted!

Gloves

In winter bring gloves, a jacket and possibly a bonnet.
