Certain conditions must be met for adults to be allowed to take part in children’s races:

• A maximum of 1 adult may take part.
• No other group may be registered for the same race.

As we can never guarantee the last point, it can only be decided on site whether an adult is allowed to take part or not.

The rental of the Pro Karts is subject to certain conditions:

• All drivers must be registered with us.
• All drivers must have a lap time of less than one minute.
• No other group may join the race.

As the last point cannot always be guaranteed, we decide spontaneously on site whether we can hand out the Pro Karts or not. During the week, there is generally a higher chance that you will be alone on the track and can therefore drive the Pro Karts.

• There is no insurance for clothes. If damage occurs, we will not pay for it. For this reason we rent out racing suits.
• If you use our helmets, you must wear a balaclava (our price: €3). If you already have a helmet or balaclava, you are welcome to bring them with you.
• Sturdy shoes
• Nothing that can easily get tangled in the kart (no scarves, overlong clothes, sleeves, …)
• Bring gloves in winter when the temperature is below 5°.

The flat rate for exclusivity depends on the type of race and the day of the week. We do NOT base it on how big a group is. To make things clearer, I’ll use the Speed Race (€42 per person) and the Gold Race (€52 per person) as an example.

If you come during the week (Mon.-Fri.), the flat rate for the “Speed Race” costs €672 and applies to 16 karts (€42*16). The flat rate for the “Gold Race” costs €832 and is also valid for 16 karts (€52*16).

In both cases, we do not care whether your group consists of 2 or 16 people. Once you have paid the exclusivity flat rate, no further groups will be added to your race. If you are more than 16 people, the additional karts must still be paid for, e.g. €42 or €52 per person.

The exclusivity remains the same.

A maximum of 20 people can ride at the same time.

The same principle applies at weekends, but here we charge the flat rate for 18 karts. Each additional kart costs, as described above, the individual price of the race.

Children:

• Age: 8-12 years
• Size: from 1.23m

Adults:

• Age: from 12 years
• Size: 1,43m

Participation in every SWS Sprint Race at the Actioncenter secures you 2 lots.

The points collected for each SWS race are recorded on our website. At the beginning of the next year, the points will be added up and the winners will be honored at the first SWS race of the year. After the award ceremony, the winning tickets are drawn, with prizes worth a total of 2000 €. It’s worth taking part!

You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake. We can chill it for you.

You are not allowed to bring your own drinks, you can buy them on site.

Pets are not allowed!

We offer buffets for groups of 25 people or more.

For our Double Races (2x Action Race, 2x Speed Race, 2x Gold Race) the double refers to the number of races and not the number of people.
